Since 1912, tourists have been able to reach the Jungfraujoch via the Jungfrau Line, a railway line that runs from Interlaken to Kleine Scheidegg, with parts of the line running underground through the Eiger The tunnels of the Eiger and Mönch peaks. Jungfrau Railway Station is 3,457 meters above sea level, making it the highest railway station in Europe.
